We will be pairing a variety of cheeses and cured meats with Twelfth Night wines. Beth Ann and Max will be pouring the wines and they will be joined by Edi Raines, a certified cheese specialist who will present some delicious pairings of French and Italian cheeses and cured meats with the delicious wines from New Zealand.
