The 2013 Twelfth Night Riesling was made from grapes grown on two sustainable vineyards that were hand harvested at full maturity.
The low yields and a long, gentle whole-bunch press yielded a concentration of flavors and texture to the wine. The wine was fermented between 15-19˚C and stopped naturally at 9.5g of residual sugar before sitting on its lees for 3 months.

The wine is intense and complex on the nose with notes of citrus, lemon zest, white flowers and lime tree.
Mostly dry on the palate, the Riesling has bright acidity with mandarin and orange marmalade and minerally flavors. The refreshing acidity and dry, lingering finish provide excellent structure and length.
Serve with fresh seafood and fish, roasted duck or goose, light pasta dishes and salad.
